Frequently asked questions

What happens when I hit 25 videos on the free plan?

You can still view, share, and manage your existing recordings. You just won't be able to upload new ones until you either delete old recordings or upgrade to Pro.

What does the watermark look like?

A small 'GRAVAH' badge appears in the corner of exported videos for free users. It's unobtrusive but visible. Upgrade to Pro to remove it entirely.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription?

Yes, anytime from the Settings page. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan.

Is the desktop app free?

Yes — the GRAVAH desktop recorder is free to download and use. Your plan determines what happens when you sync recordings to the cloud.
