Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GRAVAH ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GRAVAH is a screen recording and video sharing platform that includes a desktop application and a web portal. The Service allows you to record your screen, edit recordings, and share them via unique links.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Record, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without our express written permission
  • Record individuals without their knowledge or consent where required by applicable law

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you record and upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant GRAVAH a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and serve Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of sharing it. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Subscription and Billing

GRAVAH offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; you will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

7. Free Plan Limitations

Free accounts are subject to storage and feature limitations as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAVAH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your stored recordings will be deleted from our servers within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
